Returns If you would like to return your order for whatever reason please follow these steps;
- send an email (within 30 days) through our contact page together with your order number
- fill out the document you receive by email
- send the package + document back at your own expenses - do not forget to ask for a track and trace number, we are not responsible for any lost shipments
- you will receive your refund once the package arrives at our warehouse – please note this can take upto 10 days.
Important! The product has to be without any scratches, other damage and inside the original packaging.
